Orders of 10 paper patterns or more will be automatically processed as wholesale orders.

We reserve the right to refuse any orders placed with us and to not sell our products to any person or country. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. 3. Refunds and right to cancel

If you request a refund before downloading the pattern you have bought, or are dissatisfied with the pattern, we will endeavour to make amends and offer support or a refund, and this will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

In the UK, all customers have the right to cancel online orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 which gives consumers extra protection when buying online. The Consumer Contracts Regulations state that you have the right to cancel the purchase of goods without having to give a reason at any time within the cancellation period, which is 14 days starting the day after the date that the contract is entered into. In practice, this means that we are unable to provide you with access to digital media within the 14 day cancellation period unless you acknowledge that we are supplying the media immediately and you consent to waiving the right to a 14 day cancellation period. In short, you agree to have access to your purchased patterns immediately and consent to lose your right to cancel your order. We want you to be happy, and so whilst we must legally comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we will always endeavour to offer support, and where appropriate  a refund, if you change your mind or are unhappy.
