Hiya lovelies!

It's November! If you're a Bag of the Month Club member, then you know that means it's my turn to share with you your shiny new bag sewing pattern!

Introducing The Side Hustle!

The Side Hustle bag sewing pattern, by Sewing Patterns by Mrs H

This messenger-style bag is perfect for carrying your laptop to the office, school or university, or your local shared working space. It's designed for laptops up to 15", and will fit an A4 folder. The Side Hustle has lots of pockets for organising your belongings, including an internal padded laptop sleeve, and two options for carrying - the top handles, which slip down inside the pockets when you don't need them, and an optional crossbody strap. The sewing pattern also includes instructions for creating a luggage sleeve, though some of my testers chose to leave this feature off of their test bags.

The Side Hustle bag sewing pattern is designed as a skill builder, so if you're not so confident with your bagmaking don't be afraid to ask for help in The Bag of the Month Club Facebook group

The fabric which Chris Bevan has used for this is adorable! All the different colours on the little bird houses are super, highlighted with the use of the dark blue contrast. Beautiful!

The Side Hustle Bag made by Lynne of Lynne's Selections. Another amazing example of the monochrome look, also showing the very useful luggage strap. This is such a smart and elegant look.

Susan McQuone also went monochrome with her version of The Side Hustle Bag. Susan used a dotty fabric with a plain black contrast but decided to add an extra feature by using a red zip. So attractive!

Line used custom Math Wars fabric to create this exquisite example of how to make this bag as individual as you! May the force be with you!

Cheryl of Cheryl's Quilts & Crafts enchanted us with her Side Hustle showcasing the character Coraline. The super bright yellow marine vinyl used to make the handles and strap look awesome! Amazing look!

Wow! Tara Sinclair of Uh Oh Creations has used a graffiti design fabric and what a splendid way to get the most colours in one bag. This version is definitely a get yourself seen bag! Magnificent!
